Superior Outdoor Specialists started with Joe Kelley and a simple conviction: that outdoor construction in Arizona deserved to be done right, with materials built for the desert and a crew that treated your home as carefully as their own.

Joe built the company from the ground up over three decades, earning a reputation across the East Valley for solid work and straight dealing. The same values Joe built into the company drive every project today. Father and son still work side by side on many jobs.

We are based in Mesa, right here in the East Valley, and we have been building backyards in this community long enough to know its neighborhoods, its soil, its HOAs, and the kind of outdoor living that actually works in Arizona heat and monsoon.
